Shipping
Most online orders ship from our Lafayette location within 1–2 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way. Standard delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99.
- Flat-rate $9 standard shipping on orders under $99.
- Expedited and overnight options available at checkout.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
In-store pickup
Free local pickup at 721 Lebesque Rd, Lafayette. Choose "In-store pickup" at checkout; you'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours during shop hours.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, you can return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective.
Not eligible for return
- Custom-built rods or kits.
- Spooled reel line and bait/lure assortments that have been opened.
- Items damaged through misuse.
Warranties
Many manufacturers offer their own warranties. We're happy to walk you through filing a warranty claim. For reels purchased from us, we offer a free re-spool within three years of purchase — bring your receipt.
Service turnaround
Reel and rod service typically completes in 2–5 business days, depending on parts availability. We'll call with any delays.
